Located on a 6,000 m² plot, the factory comprises two main production units: metalworking and woodworking, operating synergistically to meet production demands for stands, displays, commercial installations, and custom projects.

The physical structure consists of:

Industrial warehouse with approximately 4,000 m² of built area, divided into:

• Metalworking Sector: Equipped with cutting, bending, MIG/TIG welding machines, rollers, presses, and paint booths. Designed for the fabrication of stands, metal structures, steel frameworks, gates, railings, and furniture.

• Woodworking Sector: Equipped with panel saws, edge banders, routers, sanders, CNC machines, and paint booths.

• Focused on the production of custom-made furniture, decorative panels, doors, cabinets, and components in MDF, solid wood, and plywood.

Administrative area with offices for engineering, design, finance, human resources, and customer service.

Covered raw material storage and warehouse, featuring a vertical storage system and entry/exit control.

External yard with 2,000 m² allocated for loading and unloading, truck maneuvering, parking, and potential future expansion.

The factory complies with safety, ergonomics, and sustainability standards, including exhaust systems, selective waste collection, and material reuse.
